The Tier 1 Operator Experience is an immersive, 1.5-day leadership laboratory designed for executives and high-performance teams.
This isn’t a retreat—it’s a tactical immersion.
Alongside the world’s most elite Special Forces professionals, your team will transcend traditional corporate training through high-impact drills, tactical medical skills, and high-pressure scenario-based problem solving.
Capacity: Strictly limited to 10 participants to ensure safety, personalization, and 1-on-1 mentorship.

The Intel: What’s Included
• Elite Mentorship: 1-to-1 pairing with a former Special Operations professional.

• Ground Ops: All transportation between the hotel and off-site training facilities.

MISSION TIMELINE
Phase I: The Infiltration (Friday Evening)
18:00 – Arrival & Check-in
Check into your private quarters at our partner 4-star hotel in Nashville.
19:30 – Meet the Cadre
An informal “Ice Breaker” at the hotel. Meet your Tier 1 mentor and receive your initial mission briefing.
Dinner
On your own (local recommendations provided; hotel dining available).
Phase II: The Full Mission Profile (Saturday)
07:00 – Chow
Full breakfast provided at the hotel.
08:00 – Transport
Private shuttle departs for the tactical training facility.
09:00 – Fundamentals of Lethality
High-level instruction on rifle and pistol manipulation, accuracy under stress, and movement.
12:00 – Field Lunch
Catered on-site with the cadre.
13:00 – Tactical Medicine & Problem Solving
Learn life-saving “TCCC” (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and apply it in high-pressure team scenarios.
15:00 – The Crucible
Scenario-based missions that challenge leadership, communication, and trust.
18:00 – After Action Review (AAR)
A deep-dive discussion on translating Special Forces principles (adaptability, accountability) into the boardroom.
19:30 – Victory Dinner
A celebratory steak dinner and premium beverage service with the instructors.
Phase III: The Exfiltration (Sunday Morning)
08:00 – Final Debrief
Optional morning coffee and final 1-on-1 touchpoints with mentors.
11:00 – Checkout & Departure
Transport to the airport or personal vehicle. (Meals on your own).
