The same clinical-grade battery we use across every WCF program: PCL-5 (post-traumatic stress symptoms), WHO-5 (overall wellbeing), CD-RISC (resilience), Brief COPE (coping strategies), DERS (emotional regulation), and MSPSS (perceived social support). Together they show the human change underneath the workplace numbers.

Simple 1-to-1: every $10,000 increment develops one of your employees and funds 20 program seats for Combat Veterans and First Responders, 3 seats is $30,000, 10 seats is $100,000, always the same ratio. Every seat you fund is measured the same way: six validated instruments at baseline, completion, and four follow-up points over two years, so your investment reports itself in numbers, not anecdotes.
